Shipping policy

  1. We deliver to physical addresses in South Africa only. These deliveries are initiated and coordinated from our offices in Sandton. We do not deliver to postal addresses. 
  2. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and during normal hours only, either by ourselves or by our appointed couriers.
  3. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the value of your order, weight of goods, and the location of the delivery address.
  4. On orders over R3000 we offer free Local Delivery to addresses within 50km of our Sandton offices. This applies only to orders that can be accommodated within a standard enclosed one-ton delivery vehicle. Should an order exceed this capacity, we will provide a separate quotation for delivery of the goods.
  5. Collection from our premises is free of charge. However, goods can only be collected:
    • Once we have received full payment
    • After you have received a notification from us that the goods have been prepared and are ready for collection
  6. Should you wish to collect the items you’ve purchased, simply select this option at checkout.
  7. For international orders, collection of the goods from our offices and onward shipping are your responsibility.
  8. We endeavour to dispatch goods held in stock within 24 hours of receipt of your order and payment.
  9. Goods not held in stock are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 4 days from date of order and payment.
  10. You will be informed as soon as possible of any unforeseen delays and/or adjusted lead times, or of any stock shortages that might arise after receipt of your order which might affect lead times.
  11. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery details on your order and ensure that a responsible person is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  12. Clean Source will not be held responsible for missing parcels once signed for at the delivery address provided. 
  13. In the case of undeliverable parcels, these will be returned to our offices and we will then contact you to reschedule delivery. Note that you will be charged again for delivery.
  14. Please note that for goods not held in stock, longer lead times may be experienced between 15 December and 10 January each year.
