Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will endeavor to provide you with quality products and great service at all times. In rare instances and item you purchase might arrive faulty, or might not be the item you ordered. We are here to assist and will always attend to such issues as quickly as possible; subject to the following conditions:
- Returns are only permitted if a) you received the incorrect product or b) the product received is faulty on receipt. Provided that these conditions for returns have been met, then:-
- Upon return of a product to us you may, at your discretion, request either:
- A refund of the purchase price of the product or,
- Replacement of the product.
- Returns must be requested in writing by sending an email to shop@cleansource.co.za and must be received by us within 5 days of delivery of the product to you. The email must include the following information:
- The reason for the return,
- Whether you would like a refund or a replacement,
- Whether you will deliver the product to us, or if you want us to collect it from you.
- In the event that the product should be collected by us, the full collection address.
- If for any reason we are unable to replace a product, we may at our discretion elect to refund you instead.
- Should you choose to deliver the product to us yourself or by means of your courier, it should be sent to the following address: Clean Source, Block E, Georgian Place, 18 Southway Street, Sandton, 2103.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- When products are returned they must be properly wrapped and packaged by you so as to ensure that they are not damaged in transit to our premises. If you are using your courier to transport the goods, please consider utilising the courier’s optional insurance facility.
- Returns will only be accepted and refunds only initiated once the returned product has been inspected by us and found, at our discretion, to have met all criteria detailed above. In such event, we will refund a purchase for the amount paid for the product, less any delivery costs already incurred by us.
- Where possible, refunds will be made by the same means as payment was received. Should we require your banking details for the purposes of processing a refund, we will request them from you. All refund payments are subject to normal banking delays.
- If you purchased a product which is defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect.
